This is a model of the new Dionisio Arrocha Hospital, currently under construction in Puerto Armuelles. The video is from the CSS (Social Security Fund) of Panama and shows where the various components of each of the phases will be built. Completion is scheduled for 2021. Phase 1 was open November 6, 2019.

This new Hospital is a Social Security Hospital, which means it will be modern & VERY affordable!
The hospital is part of the master plan to Grow Chiriqui Province.
