    I have just sold my house in Cista Rica and look for something new , close to the beach in Panama ! I like this project !But I have some questions : is there a danger of flooding ? What about water electricity and internet ? Can I built a house free of any restrictions, with my own constructor with my own design or are there restrictions and which are this restrictions ! Where are the residents from ? are there oil tankers passing ? My lifepartner prefers lower waves ‘ are there some protected spots at the beach , where they are lower , or are they lower at special times, for instance in the morning!

    There are several of the same questions I have relative to the same areas. Can you please provide answers/responses via email as well as what stage of development is the building of this area? How close is the area to amenities….markets, stores, shopping, etc? What is the typical home prices built or does the price vary based on buyer/homeowner? Thank you so much.

      The development is in mid-stage right now. Electric and water is in, the roads, drainage, and much of the landscaping is installed. There is a Club house, with restaurant and pool. A cabin rental area has been established next door to the development. The road from the main highway is currently being improved. It is about 30 minutes from Coco Beach to major amenities in Puerto Armuelles and Paso Canoas, including a modern new hospital, banks, stores, hotels and entertainment.
