I’m curious about vehicle traffic in front of the house? Who owns that beach access? Is the access just an unsold vacant lot, or is it dedicated as beach access? Is the access limited to pedestrians/bicycles, or are off road vehicles (ATVs, UTVs, 4WD trucks) allowed to use that access path?
There is occasional traffic on the road in front of the house. There is a small hotel and a few restaurants on the same street. The beach access is a dedicated public access and only for pedestrians, not vehicular traffic.
