sim, uma locação / opção seria considerada. É R.O.P. ou direito de posse, que não é o mesmo que uma concessão na Costa Rica. R.O.P. propriedades no Panamá não têm data de validade ou custo de aluguel. Normalmente, você também pode obter o título dessas propriedades. Concessões, like you are referring to, are available in Panama for things like building a home or other structure, over the water, where you can not get title. I will email my report on ROP.
