    Hi there !

We are interested to buy a horse property if there is/ are some on the market in a Panama. Or buy some land to build a horse stable on (when it is not to difficult to get the permissions, stamps, etc) And maybe an architect ?
Before we like to come over to visit we like to start somewhere to get information and whatever we need to know. We are from Belgium.

    Kind regards,
    Katie

      Hola Katie,

There are lots of good horse properties in this area. I will add your name to the email updates so you can get a feel for what is available. A friend of mine, from Florida, recently built a nice horse stable with an ocean view for the horses even! Do you plan to bring horses over to Panama from Belgium? I will send you an email so we can continue this conversation. I have a few contacts that I can share with you for more information.

We are 2 couples planning to come to Panama for Jan, Feb, March. We would like to be close to each other but rent separate units (shared cooking is ok). We’d like to be near the beach and a pool would be nice but not a necessity.
We’d like to be near grocery shopping and restaurants as we will have no vehicle.
Do you know of anything for approximately $1000-$1500 CA per month?
    Thanks for your time.
